Oops I forgot

It’s been busy and we have guests which meant that I forgot about my blog. I have been concentrating on finishing the advent calendar because I want to use it in the vlog this week.

This afternoon I harvested the parsnips that Chris grew. Whilst none of them were particularly large, there were quite a few of them. So this evening was roasted curried parsnip soup. It was rather tasty!

  1. My favourite soup! Love curried parsnip!
    Another nice one; sweet potato, red pepper and smoked paprika (bake with onions).
    Whizz it up with veg stock and half can coconut milk πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
