Sometimes surprising!

Today has consisted of many of the things that a normal Thursday would include. I’ve been to market, had coffee- of course, walked the dogs and done much of what I would usually do. However besides that there have been other things too.

I have spent a significant part of the day concentrating on my new dress. I am really pleased with the progress that I have made. I have realised that often my crochet tension is quite loose. I have found a way in which I can tighten this. I think that this will make a significant improvement in making the dress. I have done much of the first part. I am now making a series of squares that that sit above the waist line. I am really pleased with how it is looking. By tomorrow evening I may well have managed to complete the squares.

I have also been thinking about undertaking some remote work. In order to apply for jobs, it is necessary to update my CV. It is taking quite a while to do this. What has really surprised me is the number of publications I had done that I had forgotten about. I am trying to find what I had written. I think I am bound to find that I have missed some. I am though quite pleased to discover how much I have done. I am hoping that I will get the cv finished tomorrow morning. Then I will need to think about whether I want to do something and what type of roles I might undertake.
