Having rushed about yesterday, a quieter day was necessary today. I suddenly remembered that I needed to take my COVID test. It arrived in the post Tuesday morning. The be information about when it should be done is unclear. This morning I remembered that I hadn’t done it, so I thought I’d better get on with it.
This particular test was different to the ones that I had done previously and somehow seemed more complex. It was necessary to go online, find my order code, take the test then photograph the result and upload it. It felt unnecessarily complicated. Thankfully the result was negative and I won’t need to go through it again any time soon.
My hair has been out of control for a while. I had been meaning to get it cut whilst I was still at home. I didn’t get around to it. Yesterday I booked an appointment for today. I always think a new hairdresser is a challenge and a risk. As it happens the guy understood fine hair and I think he has done a reasonable job.

Zenn and you look so young and you’ve got make up on !!! I’ve never seen you like this. You look amazing. I’m not surprised you needed a day of rest, you must be exhausted.
New day tomorrow and no doubt you have plenty planned. I hope you had a lovely meal last night with your sons? We’re a little envious to say the least.
