Apologies

Today should have been both mindfulness and knit and natter. And whilst part of one occurred the other didn’t. So there is very little to discuss!

I have been feeling unwell on and off for several weeks, mostly feeling faint. I have had my blood pressure recored as being very low. So this afternoon I went to A&E. After a battery of tests I have been sent home none the wiser.
