Shark soup!

At the moment my days are about trying to complete orders for Christmas. I have to also attend appointments and consider the Gite. I have created an advert for Christmas and the New Year for those who are interested in the whole building. Someone is currently interested for New Year.

Today began with a medical appointment, merely routine I hasten to add. Driving over wasn’t good the journey back was even worse. I think we are currently being battered by one of the winter’s named storms.

This afternoon I had a meeting at Les Puces. It is an animal charity locally where I have some of my work for sale. The charity is about to move home and it was a chance to see the new building. Tomorrow I will be at their Christmas fair. Do come along if you are in the area.

In between I have been working on the shark slippers. Whilst only one pair is actually complete, other than the the eyes and the teeth, I have finished everything for all 3 pairs. So it’s looking good for my Friday deadline!

I have just put dinner in the instapot, what an incredible piece of kit! Our meal includes cauliflower which one of the dogs started asking for. I didn’t think for one minute that they’d eat it but Archie did so Mabel and Nancy decided to do so too. I hope it isn’t a problem for dogs!

Until tomorrow…

  2. My rouge spaniel Ned ate anything! He once stole a whole slab of cheese from the trolley in a swift ‘laft right’ movement of his head. I saw it and I still find it difficult to believe!
