I have lost a gite duvet cover, something which I find extremely annoying. I know when it was last used. Strangely I can find all the matching pillow cases that were used at the same time. I don’t spend any fortunes on bedding. I know it won’t last. The one thing that I find really difficult is to find matching double and single duvet sets. In the two rooms with a double bed I like to try to create a coordinated look. I only have two sets like this so I have had to set a room up today without the coordination that I like.
In the last few days I have had conversations with friends about organisation and lists. My lists have slipped and whilst I don’t believe that this is the reason for the lost duvet cover, I am sure that it’s not helping. So over this weekend it will be time to get back on top of things. Knowing what needs doing and when and when I can take time for myself is invaluable.
The cat sofa makes slow progress. The amount of glue that has been needed to put the foam together has been unreal. I now need to put the crochet pieces over the foam and sew them in place. I have had a look at this and have decided two things ; firstly the instructions are not very clear and secondly I probably need someone with a degree in airfix construction to help.
Yesterday evening I dropped off my squares for the village Christmas tree. I was given some more yarn. Given that I didn’t want to start a new project last night I made another 4 squares. I hope to finish another 10 squares within the next few days. I have a couple of projects I’d like to start at the moment and I have yarn for them, I am just having to decide what next

I actually chill by crocheting so happy to start new projects. Finishing the sofa is however proving a challenge!

Wow ! The cat sofa is a real sofa ! That’s amazing.
Loosing things can be a nuisance but that’s all it is……… that missing cover will reappear and when it does I am sure it will be when you weren’t even looking for it.
End of the week and a weekend ahead in which I hope you find time to notice the ‘MA’ moments. The space in between things when seemingly you are not doing anything, but in fact just to notice them is what life is all about.

Do enjoy the coast. Perhaps we’ll visit the coast too. Yes as I’ve started to put the sofa together I have realised how large it is. I hadn’t previously 🤣xx
