Apologies

This is an extremely short post today. It has been a day of administration and catching up on sleep.

This morning I had an appointment at the tax office. I had been sent a threatening letter with an additional fee for not paying the bin tax, which I was sure I had paid. As I said I had paid it. Some confusion had occurred some where. Who knows where however it is resolved now.

When I came back I took the dogs for a short walk. I was too tired to do the full circuit. We went to the stream so that they could play in the water. The labradors soaked me, whilst Nancy decided that mud bathing was her thing. I don’t think that she has ever done anything like it before. I shall probably have to bath her later before she can come in the house.

Last night was the final straw with the cat and we have had to take the harrowing decision that he cannot stay. I have been in contact with the rescue people. They have told me that they will be in touch soon. I am not sure that we can have any more sleepless nights. I have spent the afternoon catching up on sleep.

I remain locked out of market place. I have done nothing creative. I hope for some more positive news tomorrow!
