So today has been a positive day in which I feel that I have my creative mojo back. I woke reasonably early and that has given me the opportunity to get plenty done. This has included walking; crochet, painting and cooking!
Again we took the dogs for a good walk this morning. The sun was shining and the sky was cloudless and blue, which really helps with lifting our moods. Again we have been looking at wild flowers. As yet I have not identified the new one this one. If you know what it is then please do let me know.

I have spent some time contemplating how to do the poncho. This morning I managed to create a basic pattern that I intend to follow. I hope that this will work. If anyone has any comments to make on this please do.

A week or so ago I started working on a couple of up-cycled items; a pouffe and a bathroom cabinet. Today given that there was good weather I decided that it was time to start working on them again. So I spent time in the Sheshed working on them. The pouffe is now completed and is now in our lounge. I have further work to do on the bathroom cabinet. The wind picked up and painting outside was no longer possible so the rest of the cabinet will have to wait for another day.

When I finish this blog I am going to cook. It is another buddha bowl for dinner this evening. Tonight there will be quinoa and celeriac tartare from last night and spicy greens and flageolet beans. If you want any of the recipes do let me know.
Until tomorrow I hope that you are having a good evening.
What is celeriac tartare ? I love celeriac

It’s raw celeriac grated in mayonnaise with capers and lemon juice. There are supposed to be conichicons in there but I didn’t have any! I think there’s a recipe on BBC Good Food.

Loving your pouffes! They look amazing!
Glad you’ve got your mojo back: remember life’s a marathon not a sprint 🤗🤗🤗
I’m always cautious about trying to identify plants from photos so with caution …. they look like Fairy Bells (wood sorrel). Pretty!
Have a lovely, happy Thursday Love to you both 🤗🤗🤗

Thank you Sue. I shall look up wood sorrel and let you know whether that seems right. I’m rather pleased with the pouffes, occasional seating and fabulous storage!
