I have had a relatively busy weekend. I went out on Saturday and nearly passed out, so my son had to drive my car. A left hand drive car on the continent is great, not quite so easy in Birmingham!
Yesterday we filmed this coming Friday’s video. I am making galettes with caramelized apples and salted caramel sauce. It was a challenge cooking in the small kitchen in the flat with my son operating the camera. However we managed it.
Over the weekend I also started a new crochet project. I am close to finishing the advent calendar, however I need some stuffing for some of the ornaments. Given I have a huge bag of it at home in France, I am not willing to buy any here. So I’ve started a new throw.
