At the moment I am trying to get ahead and record some videos so that I am prepared. Today I recorded a vlog in which I am talking about heritage and heirlooms and how these can link to knitting and crochet patterns. Some pieces that are created become heirlooms. Some of the patterns can be considered to be heritage patterns because they are something that has been repeated over the years.
This Friday the vlog is about up-cycling furniture. I had bought a set of mid-century nesting tables cheaply in a charity shop. I have decorated them and brought them back into use.
This morning a friend called around. As they were leaving I walked out to our front gate. As I was standing there I noticed that there were mushrooms growing in the front area. I was surprised to see them there. I have no idea if they’re edible, I doubt it!
