Our friends left today. I feel very sad. A part of mindfulness is about recognising that we feel different emotions at different times in our lives and that is normal. So actually it would be strange if I didn’t feel something.
Earlier in the week I was given quite a lot of vegetables by our local farmer. We have potatoes and squash. On Tuesday I made roasted squash soup. I have several more left with which I could make more soup or something else. Do let me know if you are interested in seeing me make roasted squash soup.

Tomorrow my next vlog will go live. I believe that some final editing has been being done today. I will provide a link tomorrow.
