Still holidaying

Our friends are still with us, so at the moment it’s as though we are on holiday. Today we went and saw a Cairn that is about 5000 years old, went to two brocantes and had lunch out. I had been told about a particular crêperie in Carhaix but it was our first visit.

I had been told that the crêpes were substantial. They weren’t joking! It was incredible.

This week seems to be all about food. This Friday will be Minted Apple Chutney. In the meantime I’m making roasted squash soup.
