We’re on holiday this week so I won’t be writing very much. We have taken our folding caravan to the coast. We are now set up on a pitch overlooking a small creek.
Friday’s video has been made. This week I’m making blackberry and apple jam. I go through the process and provide a written recipe as well as instructions.
