Some friends of ours are leaving France. We will be very sorry to see them go. Tonight is their last night in their house. They’re staying in France for a few days afterwards but then they are off on their new adventures.
So tonight we are cooking dinner for them. I had planned to cook a lasagne. However when I looked at the price of minced beef I nearly fell over. We are having roast pork instead. And for dessert blackberry and apple crumble. I had some left over from jam making. I’m hoping that they enjoy their last supper.
