Well I hope that you have all had a good summer. Here in France the 1st September is known as la rentrée. This really refers to the academic year however it seems that it is now being used more widely as people return from holidays and businesses that have been closed reopen. I am a day late but I am beginning to think about the Sheshed again.
The reality is that I have been busy with both the gîte d’étape and the Sheshed over the summer. I haven’t stopped being creative. I have been making and visiting things and now very excitingly I am recording things too. I have now set up a YouTube channel From the Sheshed France. I have created an introductory video that will give you some information about me and the types of video that I intend to create and upload.
This will mean that there will be less content here because I will be concentrating on my videos. However I will be writing about and creating videos about, life in Brittany. There will remain an emphasis on mindfulness and flourishing. You can always ask for me to create videos on particular subjects. I won’t always be able to oblige but I will certainly try my best. I am currently having a couple of issues with the upload. Hopefully it will be with you soon.
