Last night I came close to finishing the poncho that I have been working on. Before the final section of crochet you need to sew up the shoulder section. Given it was quite late and I would have needed to measure accurately I put the poncho aside.
Instead I picked up a pet bed. I have been calling it a cat bed but it is large enough for a small dog. I only needed to finish the accessories for it. I managed to do this. So one pet bed complete with blanket and pillow. My husband thinks that I should crochet a cat to model it. Whilst I was taking the photos Florence offered! This is now for sale. I had seen a pattern for a cushion that I think is rather stunning. It requires 10mm knitting needles, something I didn’t possess. Whilst I was out and about today I managed to pick up a pair.
I also managed to take my son for a coffee. My husband has now taken him for a drink. Hopefully this means that he is having a reasonable holiday.
