After the disaster of Sunday, I am pleased to report that my mother is safely back in the UK. This of course means that I am here too. This is not quite what I had planned. On the upside I will, albeit extremely briefly, see both of my sons at the same time. This will be the first time in over a year that all four of us have been in the same country at the same time!
I have managed to make a little progress with the poncho that I am currently making. I had set myself a challenge, before Sunday morning, to have completed a set number of rows by Sunday evening. For obvious reasons that went out of the window. I have now exceeded that number and I am feeling pleased with the progress that I have made.
There is little else to share today. It feels a little strange being back in the UK and particularly so soon after my last visit. Until tomorrow…
