So finally after nearly two months my husband has returned which is wonderful. There are things that I can share now that I couldn’t before because I wanted to surprise him when he got back. Thankfully it seems that he feels that they are all positive.
He had not been in the kitchen more than 5 minutes when a small grey creature shot across the floor. “That’s a cat,” he said, “are there any more?” He seemed shocked when I said that yes indeed there is a 2nd, his sister. He groaned and muttered something about more work for him. However within another 5 minutes he was trying to make friends with them.
So today is about introducing Florence and Zebulon. I actually got them the first week that he went back to the UK. A friend said that given we had Brian they should be Florence and Zebedee. I wanted French names, so Florence remains Florence but said with a French accent! Zebulon is the French form of Zebedee.
So for today here are lots of kitten photos taken over the last 7 weeks.

Started doing a creative writing class today with U3A- had a great time.

Great that Chris got back without any issues. The kittens are so lovely and my, oh my, haven’t they grown ! You even had Florance on your tummy. She is obviously getting much more friendly.
